I Found a House... Sort of
Yay! Sigh of relief. I found a place to lay my little head. I think that it will be great someday. What I mean is, it needs a little work. The man in charge (landlord I guess) is having the plumbers, electrician, etc come in and get it ready for half-living. It will be good and ready to go in about two weeks. Then I get to start on home repairs... yeah me, the original Home Depot girl! The one REALLY good thing about it is that it is in a very safe place. There is an electric fence around the top of a 20ft wall! It will be small, but it will be mine own little place. I suppose I can start working very soon now that I have that figured out!
Peace.

Glad you finally found a place. Doesn't sound like the Tashma Hall tho. Home Depot girl? Hope you do a better job than you did putting back the doornob on your door! Glad it is a safe place!
Love,
Mom

Let's just hope it doesn't have any mice or rats in it. Congrats!

I'll send you some stuff that you ripped off my walls in Burgess to put up in your new home :) I hope your hand is doing better, and I'm happy that you've found a place to live. When do you begin work? I'm sending greetings from Dakota (your favorite Great Dane) and Ziggy (your favorite neurotic dogg), and from Travis. Always remember, its all fun and games until the Cougar gets its eye poked out...and then is later impounded...
Love ya!

I always thought the PC found places for their volunteers to live, but this certainly is a great learning experience for you. Hang on to your keys or that electric fence will keep you out too! Let us know if you need us to send any household items. We could start with oven mitts for reasons obvious to all. Will you be able to post photos soon? Thanks to your Mom for the Zambia stamps. Much love and best wishes for happy days ahead.

That is great that you have a home, we wouldn't want you homeless by any means. Then you would be smelly and who would want you working with them if you stunk? Even if you have the biggest lips:) Bring back memories? When can I visit? Let me know. Miss you girlie! andi:)
