Expiration Date Blues
It wasn't that I got sarongs for Christmas from Bev. It wasn't that I got 100% Deet from my mom. It wasn't even when the plane tickets came... none of the above really instilled in me the thought that I am actually going to Zambia very soon. It was this weekend, when I went to check the expiration dates on the milk I was about to put in the grocery cart. All the dates were after I leave!!! What a bittersweet and exciting time. I want y'all long for the ride.

You will be missed! You are so right, it is a bittersweet and exciting time. I can't wait to hear all about your experiences in Zambia. I drank all the milk so there isn't a date now. Make sure and check the mail often!

My milk expires Feb. 2. By the time you get to Zambia, you'll already have a package waiting there for you! It should tentatively get there between the 19th to 24th! I think you'll enjoy the contents :) I know I did before I sent them (just kidding, but not really).
Travis says Hello, and he thinks you're nuts as always...he enjoyed the photos from your visit to New Orleans, and he gives you a high-5 for teaching me more pole dancing skills.

My soy milk is still going to be good when you get back. I'll save a carton for you and we can drink it on your return.
